South Florida Bulls is an American football team that represents the University of Florida in various competitions. The team is located in Tampa, Florida. It is commonly known as just "Bulls". It was 1997 when this team first time appeared in the season 1997. Currently, the head coach of the team is Daniel Da Prato.

The current Athletic Director is Micheal Kelly. In 2018, Micheal Kelly became the athletic director of South Florida Bulls and then in 2021 he also became a member of NCA ( National Collegiate Athletic Association ).  He was already involved in sports before becoming the athletic director of the team. That is why he had a lot of experience in sports.

         The stadium of the team is Raymond James which has a capacity for approximately 66 thousand audiences. The field surface of the stadium is Grass, Tifway Bermuda 419. This stadium is the home of the South Florida Bulls football team. It was made with the expenses of the public. 

       As far as conferences are concerned, during the first season of the team, the conference of the team was I-AA Independent until 2000. Then 2001 the conference of the South Florida Bulls football team was I-A Independent until 2002. In 2003, the C-USA became the conference of the team. The C-USA remained the conference only for two years till 2004. During the era 2005-2012, the Big East was the conference of the team. Currently, the conference of the South Florida Bulls is "The American". 

        UCF's (University of Central Florida) team is said to be the biggest rivalry of the South Florida Bulls. The uniform color of the team is Green and Gold. The Marching band of the team is Herd of Thunder and the outfitter of the team is Adidas. 161-146 (.524) is the all-time record of the team. While bowl record of the team is 6-4 (.600). Golden Braham March is the first song of the team. The South Florida Bulls won the division championship in the year 2016. During this year, the coach of the team was Willie Taggart.

The South Florida Bulls has 12 players for National Football League (NFL) which includes Brue Hector, D'Ernest Johnson, Mike Love, Aaron Lynch, Marlon Mack, Terrell McClain, Jason Pierre-Paul, Austin Reiter, Deadrin Senat, Marquez Valdes-Scantling - WR, Mitchell Wilcox, and Mike White. The other players of the team are Lawrence Martin IV (Indoor Football League), S.J Green, and Mazzi Wilkins (Canadian Football League) whereas XFL players include Reshard Cliett, BJ Daniels, Elkanah Dillon, Quinterrius Eatmon, Quinton Flowers, Deatrick Nichols, and Sean Price.

 The team is currently playing in the American Athletic Conference. Though many of the games of the AAC have already been played still there is one game left. The team hasn't performed very well and is not able to live up to the expectations of its fans. The team is at the bottom in the overall standings. There are 11 teams in the AAC and the Bulls football team is in the 11th position. The 19 games were scheduled to be played by the team. Out of these 19 games, the team has already played 17 games (won only 5 and lost 12) and only one match of the team is left. And one game was canceled which was on 5 September 2022 against Team "Texas". The last match is on Saturday 26 November 2022. This game will be played between the South Florida Bulls versus UCF.
