Just a few weeks before its highly anticipated December 1 release date, on Thursday, Queen Bey unveiled the global teaser for her upcoming concert film, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, which is based around her wildly successful world tour of the same name. The BeyHive went crazy.
The minute-and-thirty-eight-second teaser featured behind-the-scenes looks of Beyoncé's most recent, highly regarded global tour.
In a voiceover, the 42-year-old musical legend says, "I close my eyes and journey through realms of space and time." "My mental state as I search for a source to recharge my inner being is not influenced or controlled by reality."
After that, the trailer opens with a live preview of the tour that features some intense and vulnerable behind-the-scenes footage, followed by Beyoncé's choir eerily singing, "Welcome to the Renaissance."
"You are the baby with vision. A new life has begun. The Grammy Award winner remarks, "I hope you feel liberated or the renaissance is not over," as the images come to an end.
